Terminology

The Website or Services this document relates to will hereafter be referrred to as TripleQUIKads, TripleQUIKads.com, "The Website", "We", "Us", "Our" or "Ours". Any references to the afformentioned "The Website", "We", "Us", "Our" or "Ours" must be presumed as meaning the website or service. "Member" or "You" refers to the user registered with The Website.

Use Of Website

By registering and using TripleQUIKads.com you agree to the following terms:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
  • You join solely on their own risk.
  • You must provide Us with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name, mailing address and email address.
  • We have 3 levels of membership: Free, Quik & Speedy. Quik and Speedy memberships require a purchase for participation.
  • Membership includes the ability to send email advertisements to a random number of members according to Your membership level as explained throughout the site.
  • To the full extent allowed by applicable law, We, at Our sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership.
  • Members may not:
    - Activate or use more than one Member account
    - Select or use an Email Address of another person
    - Use another persons name without authorization from that person
    - Use a false or misleading name or email address to activate or use a Member account.
  • By signing up for the TripleQUIKads program and confirming an email address, you agree to receive emails from Us which may include member mailings, solo advertising, administrator updates and system emails. You are also opting in to receive emails from your Direct Sponsor. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may cancel your account anytime , with the understanding that you forfeit and unpaid commissions.
  • We reserve the right to track and record Member's IP Addresses in case of fraud.
  • You agree not to abuse your membership privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement. You also agree not to participate in any fraudulent, unethical or illegal behavior of any kind.
  • We have the right, at our discretion, to suspend or cancel a Member's membership and / or limit access to The Website. If a cancellation is executed by Us due to fraud and/or illegal activities, the Member will may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies if such action is deemed warranted. It is not our policy to suspend or cancel memberships without cause, but we reserve the right to determine what violates our standards & vision and take the appropriate actions.
  • We shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of Our rules. Any decision We make relating to the cancellation of Earnings and the termination of membership shall be final and binding.
  • You agree not to use any guaranteed downline building service or "Paid to Join" Services to inflate Your downline.
  • Your discontinued participation in the TripleQUIKads program or failure to notify Us of any email address changes may result in the termination of Your membership and forfeiture of Your unpaid commissions.
  • You shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to You, the Member. You acknowledge that You may only participate in the program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.
  • You understand that there is no minimum withdrawal amount, and you may request withdrawals at your convenience. We reserve the right to set a minumum withdrawal at any time should the need arise.
  • You understand that We may process commission payments at anytime if a) You have not set a minimum withdrawal amount or b) in lack of the above, we see fit to make payments.
  • You understand that the earnings and bonuses are rewards and bonuses on email advertising purchases and are not guaranteed in anyway.
  • TripleQUIKads is not an investment opportunity, we do not sell stocks or bonds or any other form of security. Our members earn income from commission based sales. There is no guarantee of how long it takes to earn income or rewards, this is completely based on Your effort.
  • You acknowledge that You have read these Terms of Service and other information provided within The Website, and are in complete agreement with all conditions however stated throughout The Website.
  • Free Affiliate Sales Requirements - "Free" Affiliates must abide by all the terms listed throughout the site.

Earnings disclaimer

No income or commission is guaranteed in any way. This is not an investment opportunity - we DON'T sell any securities, stocks, bonds, shares or any other form of financial instruments. This is not a revenue or profit share nor is it any other type of fraudulent scheme. Check local laws before you join. This website is void were prohibited. 

FRAUD Policy

Any member found committing fraud will lose their account and all funds in it, and be reported to the appropriate authorities. PERIOD!

Refund Policy

You understand that there are no refunds and all sales are final. Members receive access to The TripleQUIKads Mailer and Advertiser system, which gives them the right to send email advertisements to a random number of members, as well as advertising services for their website. There are no refunds even if the member has not used the email system. Members purchases contribute to affiliate earnings, which are dispersed to the appropriate members, which means, commissions are paid near the time of a purchase. Hence, the no refund policy even if the system is not used by the member.

Removal Policy

Members may unsubscribe or cancel their membership at anytime via the link provided inside the members area. All account removals are final and can not be undone at a later time. Refunds are not issued if accounts are removed.

Applicable Advertising Use Policy

You must use the TripleQUIKads Services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. The following are examples of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited to post on or through Our Services. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, at Our sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending Content from the Services and terminating the Membership of such violators.

Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Is patently offensive or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual
  • Harasses or advocates harassment of another person
  • Exploits people in a sexual or violent manner
  • Contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website
  • Solicits personal information from anyone under 18
  • Publicly posts information that poses or creates a privacy or security risk to any person
  • Constitutes or promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous
  • Constitutes or promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work
  • Involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, "spimming," or "spamming"
  • Contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page)
  • Furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses
  • Solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users
  • Involves commercial activities and/or sales without Our prior written consent, such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes
  • Includes a photograph or video of another person that you have posted without that person's consent or
  • Violates the privacy rights, publicity rights, defamation rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

The following are examples of the kind of activity that is illegal or prohibited on the Site and through the use of the TripleQUIKads Services. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in Our sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, reporting you to law enforcement authorities.

Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

  • Criminal or tortious activity, including child pornography or erotica, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, spimming, "pyramid scemes," Ponzi schemes, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets
  • Advertising to, or solicitation of, any User to buy or sell any products or services through the unauthorized or impermissible use of The Website or Services. You may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Users
  • Circumventing or modifying, attempting to circumvent or modify, or encouraging or assisting any other person in circumventing or modifying any security technology or software that is part of The Website or Services
  • Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any posting, or in any way use The Website or Services to send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information
  • Activity that involves the use of viruses, bots, worms, or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, or otherwise permit the unauthorized use of or access to a computer or a computer network
  • Interfering with the access of any User, host or network to the Site
  • Covering or obscuring the banner advertisements on your personal profile page, or any page on The Website via HTML/CSS or any other means
  • Including any HTML, CSS or other coding on your personal profile page, including, without limitation, any hidden or otherwise surreptitiously contained code in the Content which is unrelated to the immediate aesthetic nature of the Content
  • Any automated use of the system, such as, but not limited to, using scripts to send images or videos
  • Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on The Website or Services or the networks or services connected to The Website.
  • Impersonating or attempting to impersonate another User, person or entity
  • Using the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account
  • Selling or otherwise transferring your profile
  • Using any information obtained from Our Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity, or attempting to do the same
  • Displaying an unauthorized commercial advertisement on your profile, or accepting payment or anything of value from a third person in exchange for your performing any commercial activity through the unauthorized or impermissible use of Our Website or Services on behalf of that person
  • Deleting, or in any manner altering, the copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices appearing on any Content except your own Content
  • Using any meta tags or other hidden text or metadata utilizing the TripleQUIKads name, trademark, URL or product name without Our express written consent
  • Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of Our Website or Services, or breach any security or authentication measures
  • Collecting or store personal data about other users without their express permission
  • Impersonating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity, through pretexting or any other form of social engineering, or otherwise commiting fraud or
  • Using Our Website or Services in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

If You, the member object to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to this agreement, or becomes dissatisfied with the Program, Your only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in the TripleQUIKads program and properly terminate Your membership.
